Breast Cancer Assistance Program. At its Columbia, Maryland headquarters, the American Breast Cancer Foundation operates a national Breast Cancer Assistance Program that provides financial assistance for breast cancer screenings and diagnostic tests for uninsured and underserved individuals, regardless of age or gender.
